Bruce Butler Photography – Commercial and Editorial Usage Rights

Bruce Butler Photography does not sell the images, but rather concedes an Editorial or Commercial license for their use. However, the use of the image must be exclusively that specified at the time of purchase. If you decide to use the image for a different category of use you must purchase a new license of use from Bruce Butler Photography. Authorization is not given to grant, sell or, transfer your license to a third party. You cannot make copies, either digital or, printed, with the intention of conceding a new license or of selling the images to others.

Prints are appropriate for Office or Home display.

Single Print Prices(Print License):

8x10 is US$40.00,

11x14 is US$50.00,

12x18 print is US $80.00,

If you need other sizes, please ask. Prints to 3x4 ft  and larger are available

Bruce Butler Photography offers high quality prints from dye-based ink-jet on Epson, Canon and water-resistant Ilford Media to professional grade output on Fuji Photo Paper.

The annual license costs of the images vary according to the dimensions of the file and the use of the image that you wish to purchase, the circulation of the publication, the printing size and the usage.

The single digital file (500x800 pix, 80KB Jpeg to 2848x4256 pix, ~5MB Jpeg = 35MB TIF) annual lease is between US$10.00 (personal websites) up to US$2000.00 (Some Commercial use Images)

You should contact us directly if you wish to purchase the sole rights to an image. The prices of the images vary according to the dimensions of the file and the use of the image that you wish to purchase.

If you want to use photos for other than editorial (i.e. commercial) purposes such as selling or promoting products/parties, you must have authorization from the people in the photo and in some cases the property on which the event took place. Getting this authorization usually involves paying an additional fee to third parties. If you need these authorizations for images, please ask and we can help you get them.
